What have you graciously accepted that you wouldn’t have in the past?
I have graciously accepted fear. I’ve come to look at the emotion as a helpful framing devise for how to think about situations, and a tool to propel positive action.
Share a moment when your community moved you.
Amid New York Quarantine, it was difficult to feel a sense of community, even when participating in charities and conferences. However, all it took was that one phone call from a friend, asking are you OK? Never dispel what one person’s pure thoughtfulness can do and how she can act as your sense of community.
What does living in authenticity mean for you?
I understand this is a situational question but personally, it makes little sense to me— I know no other way to live. “Living in authenticity” sounds like a branded concept of an innate state of being and I’ve never placed value in vehicles that encourage inauthenticity, a word that’s use grew exponentially from the birth of the internet.
