Elizabeth Baudouin is a writer, producer, music consultant, and partner of NES Creative, a creative communications agency.
What are you leaning into?
I’m leaning into radical honesty and seeing people for who they are...not who you want them to be. That uncomfortable conversations with pure intentions of healing and understanding lead to beautiful evolution. This goes for all spectrums of all relationships across my life, including the relationship with myself.
What is at the core of your philosophy?
Empathy.
What grounds you?
All the usual suspects in the universal toolbox ground me: Yoga, meditation, a walk in nature, the ocean, writing, music. But there is nothing that brings me to solid ground more than conversations with my wife. Her depth, wisdom and humor offer my spirit joy, connection and a sense of home.
Three pillars that are an absolute for me to feel grounded.

What is your mantra?
Stay present.
What wisdom have you received from your community?
From my LGBTQIA community, specifically comes the wisdom and motivation that our work is never done and to keep using my voice. Minority voices are crucial — hearing each one of them is more important now than ever.
What are you learning about yourself?
I'm constantly evolving, and connecting with my higher self. I trust that my spirit guides are with me, and the process is always for my best interest. I feel like I am coming into my own now that I am back on my path of filmmaking.
